Lap full of lovin'!!!!!!!!!

This was taken at Thanksgiving '07 and as you can see I am holding two of the seven selections of dessert!!!!!

This weekend we had Kaely, Cambry and Doyle. Papa was never without Doyle, four-wheeling, to planting new plants and that was a deal in itself!!! As I have always said, this is the best time of life !!!!

Here is Vergene and Kipp scraping the backyard to get ready for planting the grass. The "boulders",which are not in the picture, are in a perfect pile-line and these boys are ready to call it a night.

One of the few times I have a four day weekend and it feels great! Of course so much to do but it's what I want to do: scrapbooking, weeding our cemetery (yes, we own a cemetery), hangin' with the grandchildren, going for rides with my sweetheart, doing yardwork! Yup, life is so good!

Sydney and markers~oh my!!

On a recent trip to Safford, Shawna, Theron and Sydney stayed with us. On Sunday all was to quiet upstairs so Shawna went to investigate. The comment, "Oh Sydney" didn't sound to promising. What came downstairs was the cutest two-year old covered in marker and I mean covered! It was every where, elbows, hands, legs oh did I mention bottom of the feet!?

So the aftermath was a bath! Notice the blue-ish green water and the hand print on the tub. Needless to say markers will disappear until lil' ones are older.
